1. General Requirements

By booking a tour, you agree to abide by our safety rules and the instructions of your tour guide. All riders must be at least 13 years old. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Health and Safety

Riders must be in good health. Segway riding is not suitable for pregnant women, or those with significant back, neck, or joint problems. You must be able to stand for the duration of the tour without assistance.

3. Weight Restrictions

For safety reasons and manufacturer guidelines, riders must weigh between 45kg (7 stone) and 117kg (18.5 stone).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Bookings may not be refundable if riders fail to meet eligibility requirements (such as age or weight limits) on the day of the tour.
