Booking

Safety
Yes. Each tour includes a safety briefing, helmet fitting and hands-on training before the guided ride begins.
A helmet is provided and must be worn during the tour. Your guide will also explain safe riding rules before you set off.
Yes. All riders receive step-by-step training and practice time before the tour begins.
Rider Requirements
Riders must be at least 13 years old. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Yes. Riders must be between 35kg (5st 7lbs) and 118kg (18st 7lbs).
No driving licence is required. You only need to meet the rider requirements and follow the guide's instructions.
Weather
Tours run in most outdoor conditions. If weather becomes unsafe, the team will contact you about the best next step.
Wear suitable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes. A waterproof layer is sensible if rain is forecast.
Arrival & Location
Meet at Leeds Castle Car Park, Leeds, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 1PD. Look for the Segway Tours meeting point signs in the Leeds Castle car park.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour time so there is enough time to check in before training starts.

Gift vouchers are designed to be valid for 12 months from purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose a date.
